Veteran of the Month: Frank Osborne

The Veteran of the Month is an award presented to a veteran chosen by members of the Johnson County Senior Center. The chosen veteran is recognized during the Veterans' Cafe (first Wednesday of each month) and awarded a plaque paid for by Johnson County Bank.

After serving in the U.S. Navy for three years, Frank continued to serve his community as Johnson County Sheriff from 1982-1986.

He and his wife Jean have been married for 41 years and attend the Butler Baptist Church. Frank loves to serve the Lord and is always ready to follow his calling.
